The proc might bring you over the gcd cap and thus be partly wasted but without an armory link it's impossible to say.Ħ. The value of haste greatly depends on how much you have right now and also on your spec. Please remove that HT from your bars asap.ĥ. Or any Healing Touch at all except for the NS+HT macro to make it instant. A 1 second HT? WTF? I very much hope you are not using a glyphed Healing Touch. Just top using direct heals and start hotting like Druids are supposed to, that will solve a lot of your problems.Ĥ. One Rejuvenation during a fight? And 5 Nourish? Seriously? Rejuvenation has to be on all party members at all times. A fight in which you aren't casting all the time can't be that hard.ģ. If nobody is taking any damage that's fine but in those fights it really doesn't matter which trinket you use, nobody is taking serious damage anyway. You are casting 7 times in 30 seconds? Something is seriously wrong there. Who cares about 30 second fights? Get some raiding gear and all 5mans are a cakewalk.Ģ. So is it just me or is this a clear win for Winged Talisman? It clearly wins in mana returned, and the haste to spellpower thing is debatable, as SP is clearly better than haste but 309 haste would go a long ways towards 1 second HTs, which in turn would.ġ. The 346 SP has 66% uptime, and that nets to a total of 228 spellpower. Over a 30 second boss fight it will return 36 mana 6 times, netting to 216 mana total. 36 Mp5, and a 346 SP on a 20 second timer for a 2 minuite cooldown, much the same as ephemeral. That is a total savings of 187 mana over the course of a 30 second fight. Now assuming that I only cast Regrowth and Rejuvination once per fight, and then I cast nourish five times during a fight, rather accurate data from what I have collected, then that will total to 629*5+1014+629=4788 without ephemeral, or 618*5+948+563=4601 with ephemeral. These are the spells I will be using most often while healing. This means that it has 66% uptime, and is effectively 309 haste if it is used to the greatest extent. But I am assuming a 30 second boss fight, or at least, 30 seconds of actual DPS that I will need to heal for. The haste is 20 seconds on a 2 minuite cooldown, which should mean 10%. Rejuvenation=629 mana before talent, or with Emphereal, 618 mana cost and then five ticks of ES, and thus 563 mana cost. Regrowth=1014 before talents, or with Ephemeral, 1003 mana cost, with five ticks of Ephemeral for 948 mana cost. Nourish=629 mana before talent, or with Emphereal, 618 mana cost. This means that out of 3496 total mana for a resto druid at eighty

This is effectively a 11 mana reduction for all of my spells. Ephemeral Snowflake grants 11 mana returned every time I cast a spell and a +464 haste use.
